On Point Trucking LLC was founded in 2020 by Fallon Honeycutt and Gregg Smith, two individuals driven by a shared vision and deep-rooted dedication to service, sustainability, and excellence.

With over 20 years of experience in the environmental and transportation industry, Fallon brings a lifelong passion for recycling and resource conservation. Her mission extends beyond logistics — she is committed to educating others on the long-term benefits of sustainable practices and responsible resource management.

Gregg, a proud U.S. Army veteran with over a decade of military service, has spent most of his civilian career as a lead driver and skilled equipment operator. As our Operations Manager, Gregg oversees daily logistics with precision, drawing on his leadership background and hands-on expertise to keep everything running smoothly.

What began as a humble operation with one truck, one trailer, and a bold dream has since grown into a thriving business with a fleet of six trucks and an even bigger vision for the future.
